Mr. V's Bar and Grill

Good food, well prepared and really good service. It is nice to see that people are finally going out for dinner again. Mr. V's has removed their center boothes in favor of more tables and chairs. All the servers at Mr. V's are excellent but we have been served by Nadine on two occasions and she is without peer, she is very warm and welcoming, she makes us feel as though we are her only guests. The menu has been expanded however, the food remains delicious.

Ambience is lovely on the dining room while the bar area is lively. I ordered Medium Rare Steak, but the steak came out blue to rare, see photo. Steak is cold in the center and bloody red, not red pink. We had to send back the steak twice. Also, the steak is not cooked through grill, I believe by broiling it. However, their mashed potato is wonderful. Oyster is delicious! I could eat more of that if I could. Fettuccine is delicious too, along with garlic bread. Heads up, valet parking. Or park at your own risk.

I've gone a few times now and the food is really good I really enjoy the Ribeye dinner , the drinks are really good too I definitely would suggest getting the Fitzgerald. Ine thing I have noticed is the Service is pretty good but not consistent in quality so far, the last server we had was more tentative than the last he milled pepper over my salad rather than just giving me a shaker , he also boxed our leftovers for us and bagged them for us where as the previous visit they just gave us the boxes and a bag. I wish I caught that servers name because he really made the experience ✨️

This place is top notch! Everything was so delicious. We had the aromatic shrimp as a starter. It was delectable. The shrimp were fresh and perfectly cooked. The sauce had the right amount of sweetness and tanginess. It was an outstanding dish. It's one of the signature dishes here as told to us by the waiter. I was looking for a baked potatoe for my dinner. I was pleased and surprised at the enormity of my spud. Perfectly baked with all the topping My baby back ribs were scrumptious and tender. I also had a whiskey sour with my dinner .....it gave me a serious buzz. I can't vouch for the meals of my son and husband, but they both agreed that the best thing they ate were the shrimp. My husband had the 10oz sirloin and my son had the asian style salmon which I sampled. It was yummy. Finally, we shared a turtle cheesecake for dessert on the recommendation of the waiter. It did not disappoint. Suffice to say there were lots of leftovers. Love their sourdough rolls too! I can't forget to mention the outstanding service by the wait staff! Everyone was on point.

This place is a very nice place to come eat lunch or dinner. I really enjoy my time here coming to eat. The bread was really good. I think I could of just ate the bread alone in this restaurant and I could of been satisfied that is how good the bread was for me. The food I ordered was Mediterranean chicken plate $26.95 and Chicken Marsala $21.95. Plus drinks and water. It was worth it. Around $56. Plus tips. I would come again.
